We noticed the issue while cooking a pizza and a few minutes later the oven stopped operating. The heat not only impact the door but all the exterior parts around the oven. Unscrewed front control panel on oven, lifted it and pulled it out from the wiring/control area without disconnecting anything. Disconnected the Halogen Lamp Assembly. Measured 120V at the mating supply connector. Deduced the Halogen Lamp Assembly was therefore bad since it was getting power but wasn't lighting a lamp. Unscrewed the Halogen Lamp Assembly inside the oven and pulled it down a little. Fed the connector of the Halogen Lamp Assembly back into the oven compartment being careful... Read more
