I thought this was going to be an all day job. Unplug the machine, turn off the water supply and disconnect the water supply hoses from the machine. I had to first remove the control panel, two Screws. This exposed the next step, removing all of the control devices, valves, electronics. The wiring harness from below passes through a hole in the Top, so everything has to come off. Remove the Detergent displenser tray and ready to remove the Top. Replaced washer top. Had to disconnect a lot of things, but it wasn't difficult. Read more

Removed back panel. Drain pump at bottom right. For easier access/pump removal, used milk crate padded with towels and gently propped washer forward at an angle until stable. Unclamped/removed two hoses from pump ports. Unplugged green component cable from pump. Used screwdriver to loosen two larger screws holding assembly to washer base. Removed old and replaced with new. Operating correctly with no additional error codes. Read more
