Leaks from around the door and from the pump motor Samuel M. • Sudbury , MA • January 12, 2016
1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. The plastic edge pieces for the lower seal were supplied with the kit, and they installed...

Wife reported dishwasher not working and left bag of parts for me to examine that she found inside the washer Ahlberg A. • Colorado Springs , CO • November 28, 2016
Although we had a service contract with Sears I elected to take a quick look to see what was wrong. Since I didn't take it apart it took me a minute to figure it out where the clips went. The package told me which side was which and I just...clicked them into place. No problems.

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You
Dishwasher door panel was rusting Prashant K. • Fishers , IN • October 11, 2014
I had no hope of separating the panel from the frame without damaging the frame since the two parts were rusted pretty badly and the screws holding the panel to the frame were completely beyond salvage. So I had to replace both the panel and the frame. I ended up removing the electrical/electronic connections, removing the panel/frame from the hinge and then replacing it with the new parts. Took about 90 minutes but the hardest part was removing other items from the rusting frame without...
