Vinyl door seal that forms an airtight barrier around the refrigerator or freezer door to help maintain proper temperature and reduce energy loss. Replaces worn gaskets to stop drafts and minimize frost or moisture build-up. What it does:
- Creates a secure, flexible seal around the door to help keep cold air in and warm air out.
- Helps prevent frost, condensation and uneven cooling inside the compartment.
- Commonly replaced when you see visible cracks, tears, gaps, or feel cold air leaking from the door edges.
- Can improve overall temperature consistency and reduce excessive compressor cycling caused by leaks.
What's included: One vinyl door seal. Install notes:
- Remove the old gasket and clean the door frame thoroughly before installing the new seal.
- Warm water or a short exposure to gentle heat can soften a stiff gasket to make installation easier; handle carefully.
- Press the seal fully into the channel and check that it seats evenly around the entire door; avoid forcing or trimming unless specified by the OEM.

PC-144 agitator that moves and tumbles clothes during wash cycles to help loosen soil and distribute water and detergent. Replacing a worn or damaged agitator restores proper wash action and improves cleaning performance. What it does:
- Uses fins/paddles to lift and move garments so water and detergent reach fabric fibers for better cleaning.
- Promotes even water circulation and load movement to reduce tangling and bunching.
- Common service reasons: cracked or broken fins, missing or worn agitator, noisy operation, excessive vibration, or clothes not coming out clean.
- Designed for top-load agitator-style wash systems that use the PC-144 agitator design.
What's included: One PC-144 agitator. Install notes:
- Disconnect power (unplug) and turn off water before starting any repairs.
- Typical replacement requires removing the existing agitator cap and any retaining hardware, then sliding the agitator off the drive post and installing the new unit; procedures vary by model—refer to your model's service manual or diagram.
- If a retaining bolt or special fastener is used on your model, have the correct socket or tool ready; follow manufacturer guidance for proper securing.

Whirlpool thin twin dual agitator was not working (model ltg6234dq1) Matthew S. • Los Angeles , CA • June 15, 2017
The splines inside the bottom agitator that are supposed to fit snug with the agitator shaft were worn down and couldn't catch the shaft anymore. I removed the entire agitator then pulled the top agitator part off of the lower agitator part. I then replaced the lower agitator with the new one I purchased and kept the old top agitator part (the top part was still in good condition and didn't need replacing, although I did replace the "agitator dogs" because they're very cheap and figured it...

This brake release cam works with the washer's brake assembly to disengage the brake during spin and re-engage it at stop. Replacing a worn cam restores smooth basket spin and reduces squeal or grinding at spin transitions.
- Disengages the brake so the basket can spin; helps reapply the brake as the cycle ends
- Supports smooth starts and stops of the spin cycle
- Worn or damaged cams can cause no spin or intermittent spin
- Common symptoms include loud squeal/grinding at start/stop or a burning odor near the brake area
What's included: 1 brake release cam Install notes:
- Disconnect power (and water supply, if moving the washer) before service
- Access the brake/basket drive area; the brake spring is under tension—use caution and eye protection
- Note orientation of parts before removal; seat the new cam correctly
- After reassembly, run an empty spin test to verify operation

No spin every thing else worked made high speed ticking noise Anthony D. • Follansbee , WV • May 12, 2015
First I looked at the many you tube vids, and there are many. appliance parts pros pretty much shows you how to deal with the parts. I changed the brake shoes and the clutch assembly which also comes with the driver cam. I also changed the metal brake operating cam. I think that brake lockup or improper brake release was the problem that broke the plastic cam driver. This was the broken plastic part making all the ticking noise. I first changed the coupling on the motor but that wasn't bad. in...

A broken lid switch on my whirlpool stackable twin washer Joseph P. • Indialantic , FL • October 25, 2016
Fixing the problem was quite simple. First, I removed the lid assembly (thanks to the diagrams supplied by AppliancePartsPros.com!). Getting the back two screws out was very difficult because I couldn't see them from the front and I could not move the unit out of the enclosed space. After some trial and error, I located the screws which were 5/16 hex head screws and removed them with a MAGNETIC nut driver. (The magnet assures that the screw will not drop down into the mechanism). Second, I...
