My tenant let me know on Sunday that the microwave handle had broken. On Monday afternoon I called several appliance part store for prices on this part. I had to remove the top vent to get to the upper door bracket. I also had to remove the lower panel protection to get to the lower door bracket. Once I removed those pieces, replacing the old door was a piece of cake. There's three screws on each bracket. I had to use a socket wrench to get them off. There are about 8-10 screws on the lower panel. For that I used a Phillips screwdriver. If I can do a repair like this anyone can. I usually don't have the patience to repair anything...lol.
