Unpluged dryer unscrewed vent hose used nut driver to remove back pannal then took flat head screw driver to bend tab on heating elment caseing and pry carefully the electrical conector away from elment conection to remove thermostat then i placed the new thermostat on tap and pushed elctrical conetion back onto heater element conection till everything was thight and didnt wiggle dryer works well now

If I opened door and held door switch, started dryer, turned drum by hand, quickly closed door and pushed start again before drum stopped turning, dryer worked fine. Apparently the part of the motor that gives it more juice on start up went bad. Ordered motor on Monday, received on Wednesday. Blower wheel would not come off the shaft of old motor, chiseled off as shown in motor installation video. Apparently wheel becoming fused to motor shaft is a common problem based on all the comments....
