Ordered the shaft, bearing, seal kit. I didn’t order the tool to press the bearings in. If you’re not experienced in changing bearings, I suggest you order it. Straight forward repair. The top of my Whirlpool Cabrio comes off differently than the video showed, everything else was spot on. The adhesive is tacky...wear surgical gloves, trust me. I listen very carefully and looked up on line many items that may cause it. One thing, along with the knock was a ting like noise. Like tapping on the sheet metal of the machine. I rocked the drum back and forth and could only find a similar nose. Rotating had nothing. At that point I figured it had to do something with the suspension rods. I had a problem with the drain pump on my Kenmore HE3 and I replaced it using a drain pump I ordered from APP. That fixed that problem but once I started running the washer I started getting a FH error code. I looked it up and found that it was a problem with the washer not filling properly.
