Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Needed shipping bolts to move   Kenya B. • Phoenix , AZ • July 31, 2014

I recently moved (worse move ever...) and needed shipping bolts to move my washer. I had attempted to purchase this same item on another site, but they had let me go thru the process of purchasing the item a few times only to send me an email later and say they were out of stock. So I was left under the gun to get my appliances out. I received these items really quickly and I wish I had of ordered them here in the first place then I wouldn't have been so stressed. Thank you. I ordered the parts from Appliance Parts Pros, and all items were in stock and delivered within a couple... Read more

I ordered both the hot and cold water inlet valves because I wasn't sure which one may have been faulty. I installed them exactly the way the on line video showed, tested them and reinstalled the top of the washer. Checked several days and have found no sign of water. This was such an easy fix! Washing Machine Control Board Assembly
Genuine Lg part
By: Lg
Part Number: EBR43249701

This is an LG washer primary control board assembly. The primary control board assembly consists of the washer's control board and the assembly that houses the board. When the washing machine loses control of its ability to engage in the wash and rinse cycles, most likely, the control board is to blame. If the component is damaged severely enough, the entire assembly will need to be replaced with the board. Using a voltage tester can indicate with more certainty if this is the part that's causing the malfunction. Make sure the washer is unplugged from its main power source before making any repairs. Normally, the primary control board assembly is located behind the main control panel on a washing machine. This is a genuine OEM replacement product sourced directly from the manufacturer. This primary control board assembly is sold individually. This part is only compatible with LG brand washers.

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Front loader leaking from front and bottom   Kyle B. • Baltimore , MD • January 27, 2015
