The problem landed up being the filter assembly, it's the part that the electrical cord runs & I imagine converts the voltage to the washer, I don't know why it's called the filter assembly. But it worked. Read more
I watched your you tube video explaining the location and removal process , I spent literally two minutes to remove the old board , located the factory part number on the old part, typed it in On the search bar on your site , ordered it , received it within 3 days , installed the new part in two minutes , plugged the refrigerator back in and it operated like brand new . I followed the video that was posted on your website, very informative and easy to follow. Only problem was, was the drum and bearings refused to separate, even after a week of applying rust buster and using a 5 lb sledge hammer and 2x4 wood. Spoke with one of your exceedingly helpful assistants on the phone and he gave me the only other option was to replace the rear drum assembly and the inner drum. So easy!! The detergent drawer became permanently stuck 10 years ago. The cause, a lid on the fabric softener caught on the roof of the drawer cabinet. A small moisture leak eventually began. The moisture ran down the inside of the front cabinet panel and down to the filter trap at the bottom of the front cabinet panel.
