I AM NOT AN APPLIANCE REPAIR GUY! I pulled the back cover off to expose the tub, drain pump, and wire harnesses. I put the voltage meter needles in at the drain pump wiring harness to test it. The pump wasn't getting 110-120VAC. I pulled the pump off and hard wired to a 120VAC source and it began working immediately. So it was apparent that the pump wasn't the cause of the OE code. The clutch assembly controls the movement of the internal tub and agitator during operation. Over time and with regular use, the clutch assembly may become worn and fail to work correctly. If the washing machine tub is not moving back and forth during the wash cycle or is not spinning during the spin cycle, the clutch is broken. If it is moving or spinning, but not efficiently or fast enough, the clutch is worn and beginning to fail. In both of these instances, the clutch assembly should be replaced.
