This end cap is a replacement outer trim piece that restores proper fit and finish to the appliance and helps protect internal components from debris. It returns a secure, clean edge where the original cap was damaged or missing. What it does:

Per a similar story and recommendation from one of the guys at AppliancePartsPros, I replaced the temperature control switch in the rear of the machine. Most time consuming part was locating the screws I dropped! Washer works like new again. Easy fix. I installed all the necessary parts that I received from you and it works great, now. I received the parts in good time without overnighting them. I tested the switches and determined it was the Drive Motor switch that was failing. The repair took a first timer 45 minutes to replace. Pretty easy in my humble opinion Read more
Pulled the panel off, replaced the switch. The knob itself had an insert clip in it already, so I bought an extra one for nothing. Job complete dryer works perfect again. Read more

We replaced the lid hinges with new bushings as this is a very old machine and they were worn out affecting the position of the hinges and thereby affecting the lid switch. Also replaced the lid switch, which was a breeze with the help of the video. Thanks to the Covid 19, I was bored and fixed the problem because I had to stay home and do stuff that I was putting off.
