This dryer power cord connects an electric dryer to a 4-prong household outlet. Replace a worn or damaged cord to restore a safe, reliable power connection and help prevent intermittent power or overheating at the cord connection. What it does:
I previously ordered the heating element, thermostat, and fuse. Also the rear drum rollers. However, after completing that repair I noticed that the terminal block and power cord had some damage from an apparent overheating while allowing the dryer to continue to run in order to dry the clothes. All is well now and the unit is working just fine. I appreciate the quick delivery of all 3 orders. Read more
The flywheel key is the component on outdoor equipment that keeps the flywheel connected to the crankshaft. Over time, this key may become damaged or broken, particularly if the engine experiences a forceful stop, like hitting a large stationary object. If the flywheel key breaks, the engine will not start. A slightly damaged flywheel key is noticeable through symptoms like misfiring, backfiring, or having no power. If any of these are occurring, the flywheel key should be replaced to prevent complete engine failure.A flywheel puller tool is required for this repair. Make sure the engine is cool before working on the flywheel. Wear safety gear, including gloves and eye protection. Disconnect the spark plug and remove the blower housing. Remove the flywheel mounting nut and set it aside. Take the recoil starter cup off the mower. Use the flywheel puller to remove the flywheel and access the flywheel key. Remove the broken flywheel and replace it with the new flywheel. Reverse the steps to put the mower back together. This flywheel key is made of an aluminum alloy and is sold as an individual part. It is designed for use in lawnmowers, lawn tractors, and other small engines manufactured by Briggs and Stratton, Toro, Lawn-Boy, Simplicity, MTD, and others.

This OEM intake manifold o-ring seal is placed between two rigid parts to retain the pressure. It is manufactured from a flexible material that allows the o-ring to create a tight seal between the two parts. A new intake manifold o-ring seal may be needed if the o-ring itself is broken or worn and is not able to create a tight seal. Signs that the o-ring seal has gone bad is if the engine is overheating or the engine misfires or decreases in power during use. Remember to wear gloves when operating or performing care and maintenance on any outdoor power equipment machines. This genuine Midwest Engine part is sourced directly from the manufacturer and sold individually. This intake manifold o-ring seal is used on various lawnmowers and outdoor power equipment products manufactured by Midwest Engine, Briggs & Stratton, Toro, and Lawn Boy.
This durable plastic ratchet pawl is used on select engines that feature what is known as a Susa starter. In this configuration, the ratchet pawl will be responsible for engaging the recoil starting system. Then, the starting system will allow the engine to fire. Over time, the pawl can become worn or damaged due to regular use. If this happens, the recoil can slip and cause difficulties with starting the engine. If the engine isn’t starting or you can hear it slipping when you try to fire it up, a replacement ratchet pawl could be needed. Be sure to allow the engine to cool before replacing any parts or doing any work and always wear gloves. This replacement is a genuine OEM part that includes two ratchet pawls for various Briggs & Stratton engines on small lawn equipment. This part offers compatibility with over 150 engines from Briggs & Stratton, Toro, Lawn-Boy, and Vanguard by Briggs & Stratton.
This oil seal is a common part engineered to work in engines that power generators, vacuum cleaners, snowblowers, leaf blowers, mowers, and other small engine applications. The seal sits between the crankcase and the crankshaft. It is designed as a barrier to prevent oil leakage and to stop contaminants from leaving the crankcase. When the gasoline engine exhibits diminished power, and especially if it begins to emit oily gray or bluish smoke, there is a good chance the oil seal needs to be replaced. In order to replace the faulty seal, begin by removing the starter housing and taking off the nut that holds the starter wheel to the main shaft. The user will find the old seal on this shaft. Remove it and install the new seal, pushing it into place with the edges of a socket, then tapping it securely into place with a hammer. When choosing a replacement seal, remember to use an OEM genuine replacement part that is guaranteed to match the specs for the original part. This will ensure a quality match and long replacement life. This seal is compatible with Toro, Lawn-Boy, and Briggs & Stratton engines.
When a starter rope is pulled, it will uncoil and provide tension to the spring and then engage the starter clutch, which turns the crankshaft to crank the engine. The starter clutch could have problems due to natural wear. It could also be damaged due to an incident with the machine. Corrosion could also be a factor since it is made from metal. When there are issues with the starter clutch, it will be difficult to get the engine started. The best course of action is for the operator to replace the clutch. This is a genuine OEM replacement starter clutch that is sold individually. The part can be used for many types of equipment including lawn mowers, snowblowers, tillers, pressure washers, leaf blowers, edgers, wood chippers, generators, and other small engines. Compatible brands include Craftsman, Toro, Cub Cadet, Lawn-Boy Simplicity, MTD, Murray, and Briggs & Stratton. Operators should ensure they are getting the correct starter clutch as a replacement.
This rewind spring, also known as the recoil spring, is an essential part in a small engine. Its job is to rewind the pull rope back into the starter housing and, should there be difficulty in retraction, it is often because the rewind spring has failed. This OEM replacement part works in the engines and starter systems of tillers, pressure washers, lawn mowers, snowblowers, leaf blowers, generators, edgers, and wood chippers. It is suited to brands like Toro, Cub Cadet, Briggs & Stratton, Lawn Boy, MTD, and others. The primary component is the spring, which is found inside of a metal housing. This part ships individually, and should the housing need to be replaced, it is a separate purchase.
Firing up the lawn mower should be a simple act: hold down the safety bar, grip the hand pull, and yank the rope. What if nothing happens? The pulley works by tightening the spring, then letting it loose, creating compressed air and fuel at the same time the magneto fires the spark plug. It is rare to have an issue with the pulley spring assembly that starts the chain reaction and results in the engine coming to life, but it is possible for the part to fail. If there is a problem with the starter mechanism then it is typically the rope pull wearing out. Users will know when the pulley assembly isn't working either because there is no resistance when the rope is pulled or pulling the rope results in no compression (the engine doesn't sound as if it's turning). When it is determined that the pulley spring needs to be replaced, the user should examine the pull rope and handle to make sure those items do not need to be replaced as well. The most important consideration in replacing this part is to make sure the replacement is an OEM genuine replacement part, which will exactly match this pulley. The pulley is compatible with Cub Cadet and Briggs & Stratton engines.
It was an easy install. I replaced the parts and it took a few tries to start but it works like a charm. Read more
The spring-governed idle is the spring the connects to the governor, which will allow the throttle to open and close. Opening and closing the throttle helps to control the engine's power by regulating the amount of fuel or air that goes into the engine. Over time, the spring may lose some of its tension, which means it will no longer function properly. In those cases, the spring should be replaced immediately. Additionally, if the spring is damaged in any way, it should be replaced. Typically, you will not need any tools when replacing the spring-governed idle. This is a genuine OEM part from the manufacturer, and it is sold individually. The spring will work on a range of machines, including lawnmowers, pressure washers, edgers, and other small engines. It can replace the spring-governed idles found on Briggs & Stratton Machines, as well as Cub Cadet.
This grommet is meant for small gasoline engines. It connects the crankcase breather tube to the carburetor. The elbow shape and rubber material of the grommet provide a convenient way to use it with metal tubing. This replacement breather tube grommet can help a small engine work better and more efficiently. This rubber engine part may dry out and crack over time, especially in the area connected directly to the carb. If not replaced, the carburetor will draw dirty air into the engine and cause costly problems. Use this manufacturer-approved spare part to replace a brittle grommet that has worn from age. This genuine OEM replacement part is sold individually and will fit specific models of blowers, generators, vacuums, and small engines from Toro and Briggs & Stratton.
The pawl friction plate on lawn and garden engines is an essential part of the starter assembly that is needed to crank start the machine. It provides power to the starter cup. If the engine on a machine will not start, it could be due to a broken or worn pawl friction plate. Replace the plate immediately to ensure your machine is working properly. This is genuine OEM part is compatible with a range of product types, including lawnmowers, snowblowers, tillers, pressure washers, generators, log splitters, wood chippers, leaf blowers, and chippers. Compatible brands include Briggs & Stratton, Craftsman, Cub Cadet, Lawn-Boy, Snapper, Simplicity, and Toro. The part is sold individually. Keep in mind that this only includes the pawl friction plate. It does not contain the screw or spring, and these will need to be purchased separately.
The primer bulb primes the engine on select models that feature a pulsa prime carburetor. This primer helps prevent no-starts or slow starts and can ensure that the engine fires up properly each time that you use your lawn tools. Based on its location and small size, this bulb can become damaged or break down over time. If the primer isn’t working or has cracked or fallen off, this replacement part can provide the exact fit for compatible engines. This product includes the rubber primer bulb and the plastic collar that attaches the bulb to the engine housing. The repair for this issue should only take a few minutes to remove the old primer and collar and replace it with the new one. This OEM replacement primer bulb is a genuine Briggs & Stratton replacement part and is compatible with select engines from the brand. It can also be used with select Toro machines.
This is an air filter that fits a variety of small gasoline-powered engines. These engines, which are primarily used as lawn tools, are often exposed to a great amount of lawn dust, dirt, and fine debris. This type of debris can clog the air intake quickly if it is not filtered out. This item is a foam filter, designed specifically to prevent yard waste from clogging the small engine's airflow. Periodically, even the best air filters are subject to so much particulate that they become unusable and need to be replaced. If a small yard tool engine will not start or if it “cycles” fast and slow, detach the air filter housing and start the motor to see if the engine runs properly. If it does start and run, do not use the equipment without a proper air filter. Replacing the air filter is a matter of making certain the engine manifold has cooled, then removing the muffler and air filter housing. The old filter is easily removed and discarded. Reverse the steps to reinstall the air filter. This replacement filter is a genuine OEM manufactured part, guaranteed to meet the same standards as the original part. This filter fits 150 different yard tools that use Briggs & Stratton gasoline engines.
This is a cylinder head gasket used on Briggs & Stratton small gasoline engines to replace the original gasket that sits between the cylinder, where the engine's combustion takes place, and the head, the top of the engine manifold. Typically the head gasket lasts for many years. With continued use, particularly if the mower or other small engine is used commercially, the user may notice leaking oil or heavy, white smoke coming from the mower when it runs. This is often a sign that the head gasket has been compromised and needs to be replaced. This gasket fits most Briggs & Stratton engines and is a genuine OEM replacement part guaranteed to be identical to the worn gasket that is being replaced. In order to replace the gasket, begin by removing the head bolts and the smaller screws that secure the pull cover; remove the head; scrape the remaining parts of the old gasket from the top of the cylinder head; sand down both the head and the cylinder surfaces and finish with paint thinner; make certain the new gasket seats precisely where the original was, then reverse the disassembly process. Make certain not to over tighten the screw when reassembling the mower. This gasket will fit most models of Briggs & Stratton small engines on machines such as lawn mowers, tillers, pressure washers, and edgers.

A diaphragm is made from a durable rubber material and contributes to the function of the carburetor. However, constant heat and fuel exposure can make it stiff and even brittle. When it reaches the end of its lifespan, it will no longer help the carburetor maintain the right amount of fuel before transferring to the engine. If the engine has too much fuel, it will produce an unusual smoke accompanied by uncontrollable revving and vibration. Continuing to use the mower with a broken diaphragm can lead to total engine failure. To replace the worn-down diaphragm, make sure to have a screwdriver and socket set. Installation can take up to 30 minutes. It is recommended to clean the carburetor when replacing the diaphragm. Replace a broken carburetor diaphragm using this genuine Midwest Engine diaphragm. It is compatible with Briggs & Stratton, Toro, and Cub Cadet. It fixes issues like constant engine surging, hard engine starting, and sudden engine shut-down. This brand-new and original Midwest Engine diaphragm is sold individually. Other carburetor parts are sold separately.
