I very seldom respond to requests for feedback like this but definitely feel moved to do so in this case. When our 8 year old dishwasher started acting up my initial reaction was to simply replace it. I wasn't sure what was wrong, nor if I would be able to find the right part once I did figure out the problem. The troubleshooting advice on this website was spot on and I quickly figured out what needed to be replaced. The repair videos were easy to follow and the parts were here two days after I ordered them, even though I just paid for the standard shipping. I even fixed a small tub gasket leak that I didn't know I had. This required new parts as well, and they too arrived within a couple days of ordering them. Once again the videos made a simple repair even simpler. I will definitely use this website again and will recommend it to any of my friends who are about to take on an appliance repair project.

I ordered a new pump and it was easy to install, but still didn't drain. Removed the drain hose and it was clogged. Left the new pump on anyway. Appliance Parts Pros shipped fast and the web site was easy to use. Thanks guys!

Pump assembly arrived very quickly and took me about 40 min. to install. Only difficulty was from factory placement of getting to clamps on hoses. Very pleased with my experience with appliancepartspros.com

I replaced the circulation motor, which with the video was extremely easy. While I was under there I replaced the drain pump too just because the washer is 17 years old - purely preventative since it was cheap. I also replaced the dispenser, again, while I was in there..... The whole job was a snap, there is really nothing much under there and it all is easy to access. With the video to give a few hints like “just snap that tab off because you will replace it anyway” I’d say anyone can do this repair.
