Fix washer leaking, no water filling, or poor rinsing with this water inlet valve. Controls water flow during wash and rinse cycles. DIY repair in 30 min.
After tracing the water dripping back up through the inside of the washer I found the water dispenser inlet valve was leaking. I watched several videos to make sure I understood what was involved. I contacted a local parts company to get the part. I also searched online for the part. I found that AppliancePartsPros.com had it cheaper. I ordered late in the afternoon and it arrived the next day. It was fairly easy to installed and saved me a minimum of $99 "diagnostic" fee plus whatever the part... Read more
Creates a watertight seal between the washer door and tub to prevent leaks. Replace if you notice water leaking, tears, or mold buildup. Confirm fit by model.
Replaced pump. All components are accessible from the front of the machine. You have to remove two screws in the back that hold on the top cover, then slide the cover back. This will allow access to the screws that hold on the control panel. Remove the control panel (unplug cable), then remove the spring/wire that holds on the door bellows to the front panel (removing and installing that is the most difficult part of the job) and carefully remove the bellows from the front panel. Then remove... Read more

Replacement tub to pump drain hose for front-load washers. Connects the drum to the pump for water drainage. Replace if cracked, leaking, or worn.
Seems like a poor design-hose developed a leak from rubbing on the support pad beneath it. Pretty easy fix if you follow one of the instructional videos online as far as how to get the front panel off of the washer. You can't change this part from the rear access panel. My washer and dryer are stacked so it added some time to the job. Read more
Secures the shock absorber to the outer tub in your washer. Replace if the pin is broken, cracked, or missing to restore proper shock mounting.
With more difficulty and frustration than expected but it works fine now. Things learned: 1. Order only 3 replacement pins. One comes with the shocks that you can't be sure you see in the picture. 2. A circuit board in a plastic box mounted to the floor, left rear, must be removed by two screws to be able to get pliers onto the head of the pin more easily. This helps installation too. 3. A 1/2" deep socket pushed onto the retaining tab of the pin stays there while you pull with pliers from the... Read more

Stabilizes the washer tub during spin cycles. Replace worn or broken rear shock absorbers to restore smooth operation and prevent drum contact with cabinet.
Drive belt transfers motor power to drum for tumbling and spinning. Replace when worn, stretched, or broken to restore smooth drum rotation. Verify fit.
Since I hadn't found the Tech Sheet for the washer (which there should be one inside the top cover) I simply thought I'd buy the drive motor (and a new belt, a.k.a "cheap insurance"). Installed the motor once I'd received it from AppliancePartsPros, the washer worked a couple of cycles then gave me the same "SrV CLL" message. I didn't know how to access the error codes on this model but found the info in the Tech Sheet, so I checked it and got an E53 code. Since I'd replaced the motor... Read more

Replaces missing, stripped, or rusted 8-18 thread screws that secure dryer panels, brackets, and components for tight, rattle-free assembly.
It was easy to find the part on appliance parts pros. Once I found it I studied the diagram and determined that there were 3 screws in the drum that needed to be removed. I disconnected power and then removed 3 interior screws. Once I did that I removed the back cover and removed the single screw on the bottom side of the air duct that held it in place connected to the heat tube. I then reversed disassembly. I want to tell you this is a 2 person job. In order to assemble it you need to... Read more
