Said Samsung Parts were confusing he would have to do some research on the correct part and would call me that afternoon. Five days later I was still waiting. I called them back and told them to forget the repair. Removed one screw holding the plug cover, unplugged the Ice Maker, Slid it out of its holding bracket. Found the Part Number on the Top. Found Appliancepartpros.com with a google search. Order the Ice Maker. It came three days later. Slid it in place, plugged it in and had Ice 2 hours later. After watching the video on how to replace the ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator, I decided I would have been embarrassed to call a technician for such an easy repair.
