Dan Markowski for Model Number SHX4AT55UC/12 our dishwasher is not running - the lights light up and we hear a sound when it starts but no water no nothing. I know the heater on this isn't working for about a year now could it be the pump side of it went out now also?? We have tried every cycle but it just doesn't start
