John R for Model Number Thermador SC302T The upper oven heating element ( not convection element) shorted out ,melting a piece of the coil ( large flash ! ) . I ordered and installed the replacement element from you and it installed without a problem. The issue is now that the oven will not heat up , even on convection setting. The lower oven works just fine . I suspect that this is a result of a problem with the control panel electronics. Any suggestions and if so can you help verify replacement part number ? The part number I have off of the unit is 14-38-01267. Thanks so much , John
