Answer Hi Greg. Use painters tape to surround the fountain control cover. Then use a small screwdriver and remove the spill catcher inner plate. If there are hidden screws on the bottom (just revealed) remove them. They can be a Phillips screw, a 1/4" screw or a T-20 torx screw. If so then try to lift up on the fountain control board and out of place. If not then you need to release the fountain control hidden outer clips to remove the cover. Usually the clips are on the bottom or the sides. Remove the electrical connector and lay aside the cover. Then the inner control to remove and replace the paddle assy. part # 241685701. Thank You.
