Jason for Model Number FGHD2465NF Dishwasher lower orbit spray arm broke off. We still used the dishwasher for a few days after that, but an error code appeared. I ordered an new lower orbital spray arm and installed it. The code still appears. The dishwasher will oprate on the rinse option only. It rinses and drains fine but will not heat. The error code is washing, drying, ER clean S. Is this the keypad ? thx.
Answer Jason, Yes, the error code that you have represents a Membrane switch failure. Main Control Board has detected a stuck key or a key pressed for more than one minute. Check connection from keypad to Main Control Board. If correct, replace keypad. If error still exist, replace Main Control Board.
