Hi Bill. Your keypad stop/cancel key may be shorted always engaging the pump relay of the control board. In behind the toe kick is a diagnostic sheet that will allow you to put the unit into the field service test mode. For the next few minutes it will turn on and off all the electrical circuits and devices to see if a code will pop up. Then cross reference the code to electrically check that circuit for proper voltage, bad connections or a shorted device. It sounds to me that you need a keypad part # 154639203. Thank You.
