Norm for Model Number FDB4315LFC3 Frustrated! On my dishwasher, it stopped working one evening and I noticed that the front of the door was warm in the middle. I traced it down to the control panel getting hot. By testing some of the connections, it seemed that the control board was bad. There appeared to be areas where it had an arced (two dark places on the board near transistors). Just to be sure, I checked the door latch connection, and tried to make sure the power was dead ending in the board. So I replaced the board. Same thing as before. When I turn the power on, it heats up in the same area. I don't want to ruin this new board. Any ideas on what to check?
Answer Norm, You will want to check for wires that may be damaged that would cause the control to overheat and short to ground. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, March 14, 2013
