Marcus for Model Number FDB4315LFC0 My curculating pump keeps running when it shouldnt. I tested the blue wire P3-4, and it has 115 volts when it should be on and between 11 and 70 volts when it should be off. This allows it to run at a slower speed. This can even happen when it is off.
