Seth N. for Model Number Frigidaire stainless side-by-side refrigerator My ice maker works but I get NO power to the water/ice dispenser. It used to work but stopped working recently. I tried replacing the main power dispenser control board (part # AP3960035), as you guys suggested, and that did not fix the problem. Still doesn't work. Any thoughts on what else could be the issue? Answer Seth, It's not likely that both actuator switches have failed at the same time, but it's possible. The first check to make is the wire harness at the freezer door bottom hinge, make sure the harness didn't accidentally get knocked loose or off the connector, check the wires where they enter the hinge and the door, make sure there aren't any broken, twisted, damaged wires. The board you replaced is the power dispenser board, you also have a dispenser control board 241708309 and ribbon cable 241680002 that interacts with the power board and makes the dispenser operate, that would be your next step/check.
