Thomas for Model Number fefl63fsb My stovetop doesn't work. Nothing heats up. I had a service man come out. He told me it was the clock. So, I order the part and replaced it. Still nothing. Any ideals?
Answer Thomas, If all the burners on the unit are not heating then the issue would be that you have lost 1 leg of the power supply and is most likely the L2 side. You will want to test at the terminal block for 240 vac across the outer terminals. If there is 240 vac then you will need to start checking wires from the terminal block to the clock and infinite switches. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, October 14, 2013
