Timothy for Model Number tef351ewf The bake element went out on my oven. But when I replaced it the top and bottom are both not working. I tested the terminals on the control board while the oven was off and it reads 120 while off and nothing while it's on. I assume the control board needs replacing because that's the only thing controlling the oven part I assume.
