Roger for Model Number fef352fwa I get an F90 code on my range upon plugging in and the door lock light is flashing after I hit “clear”. The motor for the door lock is working (it cycles upon plugging in) and I checked continuity on the switch at the control board, and at the switch and it is working. Would you say that this control board is the next thing to change if the motor and switch are both working an the wiring is ringing out as good? Love your products. Thanks!
Answer Roger, No, the control board should be the last option, there are other things to check first. F90 - Maximum oven door unlock time exceeded. Check the wiring between EOC & Lock Motor Micro Switch. 2. Replace the Motor Door Latch assembly if necessary. Check for binding of the Latch Cam, Lock Motor Rod & Lock Motor Cam. 3 Check to see if Lock Motor Coil is open. If open, replace Lock Motor Assembly. 5. Lock Motor continuously runs - if Micro Switch is open, replace Lock Motor Assembly. 6. Check oven door Light Switch - if open, replace Switch. 7. If all checks OK, then replace the Clock/EOC.
