John N. for Model Number plhs267zcb2 My freezer will freeze up the coils in the back of the freezer then the defrost coils kick on and stays on too long to where it melted the bottom basket in the freezer, then the freezer will kick back on and freeze up again and repeat. I replaced the defrost thermostat and checked the drain but no change.
Answer Hello John, This means that you most likely have a short in the wiring harness so the neutral is not being dis-connected from the circuit, allowing the heater to remain energized.
