Hello Diane, This is an air flow issue with the damper assembly 5304482075. If it were closing as it should, the temperature in the fresh food compartment would not be getting down too low. Before ordering any parts, you should remove the control box and make sure there isn't a frost build up causing the damper door to remain open. If there is, you need to look for an air leak around the doors and at the ice door. If there isn't a frost build up, the damper door will have to be replaced. This particular model replaces the damper with the control box assembly.
