Hello Willy, First check the return air duct at the bottom rear, (behind the drawers), for any obstructions. If it is clear, check the damper for frost build-up and normal operation. If these check good, make sure the foam seal between the damper housing and cabinet liner is fully seated between the two so air cannot pass. If these all check good, the likely cause is the cold control 5304496561 fresh food side, or 240383703 freezer side, has likely failed. As a note, the freezer thermostat controls the compressor and the fresh food thermostat controls the damper.
