Terry for Model Number FGHD2465NF1A Went to use it hit the start button and but the unit is dead. Has 120Vac, door switch has continuity and can hear a slight click when I activate the door switch like a relay inside the washer. The display is not lit unless I press the "my favorites" button. Then the display lights up on the top along with the timer display on the front. Doesn't display an error code just 99 as normal. What else should I have a look at?
Answer Hello Terry, If the display is lighting up[ but you can get no response from the touch panel, you should check the connection from the display to the control board ribbon cable. If good, replace the control board 5304514670. If this does not correct the issue, the next suspect would be the touch panel 807545704. Read More...
