Kevin for Model Number CFW4000FW1 The washer would not start the water when the knob was set to Heavy load. When set to Normal it functioned correctly. Just recently BOTH Heavy and Normal load setting do not work. The door locks but no water flows. I did try permanent press setting and that still runs through its cycle. Would this point to the control board (137005000) as the issue?
