Charlie November 02, 2020 for Model Number FTF2140ES3 This 2007 Frigidaire front loading washer model # FTF2140ES3 went totally dead in the middle of a cycle. It must have been near the end as the water left in the bottom of the machine (about a gallon) was not soapy. The machine has not woken up since. It is totally dead. There are no indicator lights or beeps regardless of how many times, and in different combinations that I plug and unplug, turn knobs, and push buttons. The machine did show a random light for a second or two once or twice but the light never stayed on longer than that. There is 120 volt power, both at the receptacle and inside the machine at the line cord.

Jess November 23, 2019 for Model Number Frigidaire affinity series from load washer When setting my dial, all settings work well except for the normal wash. When setting to normal it sets the time to 1hr24min. and no other options are available (ie water temps, spin, soil level, etc.). No other buttons work. Before a normal wash would take 51 min. and all options were accessible.

Nancy June 26, 2019 for Model Number FTF2140FS2 My control panel on this washer has gone out. It says I need 137005000NH. This looks just like 13700500. They both have a tan plastic housing around a set of pins. This will not work with the original control panel. Frigidaire does not seem to have an answer. Is there an adapter or a new wiring harness that fits this control panel? Any advice or suggestion would be appreciated.

Ernest May 24, 2019 for Model Number FAFW3801LW3 My washer will not enter into the spin mode in any of the cycles. When attempting to do so it shuts the cycle down and displays 18h and will not respond until unplugged. It also has error code E43. Any help would be appreciated. Tks

Gillian February 22, 2018 for Model Number FTF2140ES0 My machine does everything except a high-speed spin. It does everything normally on diagnostics. It does have error code 43. I replaced both the motor control board and the front panel control board (but with used parts) and have the SAME problem. The door lock resistance was 18 (k?) ohms, and the door lock light is fine. Could door lock still be the thing preventing a high-speed spin? Advice appreciated!
