You will need to examine the unit for the possible cause by looking for cracks or any sticky substance around the buttons. If you find a substance, you can normally disassemble and clean the area with rubbing alcohol and reassemble to correct the issue. If any cracks or damage is located around the buttons, the damaged part will require replacement. If nothing is obvious, you could have a support screw missing from the board or panel.
