Ed for Model Number FTF2140FS1 The unit will not drain. I've run the diagnostics as per the manual and get an error code that refers to the pump. I've checked the pump with a continuity meter and it shows no break. I've also cleaned out any clogs and the unit still won't drain. I believe the problem is the main control board but is there some way to check the main board? Does your site have a video showing the replacement? Thank you.
Answer Hello Ed. Yes, you can check the board. You need to test for power from the board to the pump. If it is there, then the board is fine and the pump will need to be replaced.
