Doug for Model Number GLEF378ABF My oven or broiler will not come on. You can set the temperature and time and it says pre-heat for 3 seconds, then the pre-heat light goes out but the timer continues, still with no heating. I've been told I need to replace the control board. Does this sound correct? The stove top still works.
Answer Hello Doug, This sounds like a relay on the board 316207527 has failed. Be very careful when you change it as the overlay 316220805 is easily damaged when you try to remove it as it is put on with an extremely sticky substance.
