Matt for Model Number FFHS2611LWKA I found the compressor and condenser fan motor off but the evap. fan motor was running inside the box. Suspected control board to be faulty. No power off of the compressor relay on the control board. Also the fan that takes air from the freezer to the refrigerator is not running. Any ideas before I order parts. Thanks, Matt
Answer Matt, you may want to check the thermistor assembly 242278801 for proper resistance in comparison to actual temperature. From there you would do a voltage check from the main control. At connection J1 pin 4 to pin 1 there should be 120VAC going to the evaporator fan if the temperature is too high.
