Art Bonadies for Model Number Kenmore 253.28432809 kenmore upright freezer model # 253.28432809 numbers were blinking on door control unplugged let sit for 15 min or so plugged back in lights are on in freezer but the compressor does not even try to start ... have power to door control panel got the setting to unlock and set freezer to 6 the compressor does not start no fan running inside freezer... Where do i start looking ???? thanks artI unplugged the freezer, then removed the compressor start device relay and ohm tested it, my meter didn’t read any ohms Normal would be between 3-12 ohms if it was good. but the unit did not rattle like they do when the are blown ? Plugged the freezer in and tested the power plug that goes on the start device and there is no power coming to the compressor start relay..... Could this be the door temp setting module 151 in picture ? Is there a way to test this unit.. .Thanks Art
