Jeff for Model Number FFHS2311LBKA Compressor will run 5 to 7 second then click off. After about 30 to 60 sec will repeat this process. Evap fan is running. Freezer and fridge are just cool. Is it true if the starting device has a rattle when takin off and shaken that it might be bad?
Answer Jeff, the starting device can rattle if it uses a ceramic disc between the start and run relay. The relays can vary so this is not an accurate way to diagnose the relay unless it is verified to be this type.
