Frank for Model Number FGHD2433KF1 Frigidaire Gallery Dishwater drains, but still leaves water behind. Just replaced the drain pump and got water coming out at a good rate. So the pump and draining does work and I can hear it in the sink again, so the pump was bad prior. But still have water sitting in the bottom at the end of the the wash cycle. What are my next steps in testing and what am I looking for?
Answer Frank, You will want to check the drain line to make sure that it goes up to at least a 32" loop before going into the sink drain. If not then this will cause water to flow back into the unit.
