Answer Hello Bill, You will need to dis-continue power to the unit and remove the kickpanel to access the drain pump. Be sure to use a wet-vac to remove the water from the unit before removing the drain pump. You will need to have a towel to catch the small amount of water that will still be present in the sump area when the pump is removed and dis-connect the two wires to the pump and depress the locking tab to unscrew the pump from the sump housing, (about 1/4 turn). Before you re-install the drain pump you will need to make sure the seal/"O" ring is present and properly positioned.
