Larry I replaced the pump for my Frigidaire dishwasher (FRIGIDAIRE Drain pump assembly (A00126401) and it leaks around the O ring. Small drip but not a good thing of course. Do you have replacement O rings?
Answer Larry, The "o" ring isn't listed as an individual part. You may want to remove the drain pump, check to make sure the ring didn't twist, get nicked or damaged, check the pump housing for cracks , check for debris in the opening etc. apply a light, thin coat of liquid detergent to the "o" ring and re install the drain pump. Last resort would be to replace the drain pump, or check with the local hardware store or automatine parts store for an identical "o" ring. Read More...
