Steve E for Model Number FGHD2433KB1 My dishwasher is not pumping water out. It is making an unusual noise and no water is pumped out. I'm guessing that it is most likley the pump but could it be the motor, or another part?
Answer Steve, You will want to check to make sure that the impeller on the dishwasher is not damaged and make sure that there is nothing clogged in the pump or the drain line. If these check ok then you would need to check to make sure that there is power getting to the pump and if not then check wiring to the control board and if wiring is ok then replace the control board.
