Jim for Model Number FGHS2631PF2 The frig and freezer can not maintain temperature. Freezer varies from -25 to 40 degrees when set at 0 and frig varies from 10 to 40 degrees. I have changed the frig sensor and main board but it continues to occur. Is it the user interface or module?
Answer Jim, The user interface would not cause the unit to have that high of a fluctuation in the temps of the refrigerator and freezer. You will want to check to make sure that the condenser motor is running and if it is then this sounds likely that there will be an issue with a possible floating restriction in the sealed system and may need to have service for this.
