Hello Hal, You will need to replace the control panel. The F0 code indicates the OFF key is shorted. Determine if problem is with Key Panel or Control by disconnecting the ribbon cable and measuring flat cable pins 2U3 and 5-14. Should be open. Should be 100–150 ohms while pressing OFF key. (For membrane models only.) Perform glass touch board key panel test, making sure to test EVERY pin combination for possible shorts. If there are no shorts, the problem is probably with the control. (For glass touch models only.) I would have listed the part numbers but could not without the complete model number.
