Mack for Model Number JGBP34BEL4BB On a couple of occasions, the control panel loses power and goes black. After unplugging the unit, then plugging it back into the same electrical outlet, the control board powers up and all functions on the range work. The problem began in July and happened again about two months later. How can I check to see if the control board is faulty or if there is something else wrong?
Answer Mack, The most likely cause for this issue will be the control board. The part number for the control board is WB27K10355.
