Jim for Model Number GE GLD6760N20SS So how do you detach the impeller assembly from the old motor if you are going to order a new 310 (motor) in the diagram. You answered in the previous question that I needed a new motor so I am looking at the impeller and the white plastic casing of the pump. There seems no way to get it apart without breaking everything ?
Answer Hi Jim. 1. Hold motor shaft, remove the old cutter. 2. Remove the suction ring by rotating clockwise (has a left hand thread) and discard. 3. Remove the wear ring retainer and discard. 3.
