David for Model Number JTP25SH6SS I'm getting an F7 db error and trying to figure out if its the keypad or controller. The only buttons that appear to work/beep are Start and Cancel. All others are dead. Do you have a way to test if the keypad is the issue?
Answer Hello David, unfortunately, we do not have the keypad matrix test points for this model, however in general the F7 code points to a shorted keypad which is part of the control panel, one way you can try to test this is to press the Clear/Cancel pad and disconnect the keypad ribbon from the control and check if the same code comes back in about a minute, if it does it is likely the control board, if not then likely it is the control panel/keypad assembly.
