David June 27, 2022 for Model Number JTP25SH6SS I'm getting an F7 db error and trying to figure out if its the keypad or controller. The only buttons that appear to work/beep are Start and Cancel. All others are dead. Do you have a way to test if the keypad is the issue?
1 Answer Hello David, unfortunately, we do not have the keypad matrix test points for this model, however in general the F7 code points to a shorted keypad which is part of the control panel, one way you can try to test this is to press the Clear/Cancel pad and disconnect the keypad ribbon from the control and check if the same code comes back in about a minute, if it does it is likely the control board, if not then likely it is the control panel/keypad assembly. G July 10, 2020 for Model Number JTP28S0K3SS Our GE double oven has control module WB27T10411. The upper oven is controlled by this module, while the lower oven is controlled with a knob. Both the digital control module and the knob control are integrated into the same panel above the upper oven. The other day, we tried to use the upper oven and the digital panel went out. Curiously, if we turned the knob for the lower oven to roughly mid-temp, the display came on and we could set a temperature, but neither oven would actually heat up. Does this sound like a failure of the control module? Thanks -G
1 Answer Hello G, this sounds like a voltage problem to the wall oven rather than a part problem. If you have a multimeter check that the oven is getting the correct voltages, test with the oven not heating then set to heat, suspecting there is voltage drop to the control, (L1-N 120v,,L2-N 120v ,L1-L2 240v) , this is going to involve uninstalling the oven to access the terminal block of the wall oven/house wiring connection or the power cord. The lower oven control is independent of the control board for the upper oven, Read More...

Max March 11, 2017 for Model Number JTP25S0H6SS (GE Built-in Oven) I search through your website for the controller panel, ERC3B, but there are two part number make me confusing, 1. WB27T10411 (Part # AP3205919); 2. WB27T10416 (Part # AP3205899). The error code on my oven (Model# JTP25S0H6SS, Serial # GM6023430), is F7 E6, I am wondering which one part above I should buy right, thank you very much.
1 Answer Max, The correct EOC to order for the model number you supplied is WB27T10411 / WB27T10411 Oven Control (ERC3B). But the F7E6 error code indicates a stuck key pad or key pad matrix failure. You would want to check the key pad ribbon or replace the control panel WB36T10749 / WB36T10749. Both parts are in stock and available at this time. Thanks, Read More...
Derrick G January 11, 2017 for Model Number JTP 20B0F7BB Some of the time the oven operates normally, but at least one time every baking cycle (most of the time more) The oven stops heating, and the temperature display freezes at the last temp (example 350F) That is, until the oven is "stopped" and restarted. After it has been restarted the temp display will immediatly drop to the current temperature of the inside of the oven. I have put an ohm meter on the temp sensor and read 1088 ohms, this seems reasonable (the service info inside of the over says 1060 ohms "at room temp"). I checked for stored fault codes, but found none. To my knowledge it has never displayed one. I believe it to be a control board issue (because the temperature display "locks up", but think recognize the possibility of a faulty sensor or switch causing a malfunction, but not long enough to set a code. What are your thoughts on the issue?
1 Answer Derrick, Based on the information provided this issue does sound like it would be caused by a faulty control board and would need to replace part number WB27T10411. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Singh. The door only locks in cleaning cycle. It sounds like the control panel WB36T10552 and the board WB27T10411 will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More...
Ted T July 28, 2013 for Model Number JTP20WF4WW The "Chat guy Kyle" suggested that I should send an e-mail to this "ask your question" site to maybe find the information I seek. The GE electric single wall oven, Model # JTP20WF4WW is not a valid model number according to General Electric. This is my unit which is in need of repair. The culprit is the "sub # F4". Sub #s F1, F2, F3, F5, F6, F7 and F0 have a full line of parts. The Chat People informed me that the symptoms I gave them indicated that the most likely part to repair this oven would be the Oven Control - part # WB27T10411. Would your site know if this part will work for my oven? It would be great if the "JTP20WF4WW " was re-identified as "JTP20WFW ", could this be verified some how? Also on the "The Home Depot Repair Parts" site there is a disclaimer on the Oven Control - Manufacturer Number (WB27T10411) that states: "Oven control (erc3b). *Wiring could differ from original, will possibly need to be installed by an appliance repair person. Is there some information on tis wiring change and it would effect me? The following steps is the procedure I have drafted to repair my oven, please advise on any changes necessary, The Main is already off. Replacing a Control Board - JTP20WF4WW Electric Wall Oven 1. Pull out the oven slightly from the cabinet for the oven after removing the (4 screws) securing it to the cabinet. 2. Remove the (3 hex head) under the Touchpad and Control Panel. 3. Once the oven was pulled out slightly, lift the panel up to remove from the oven. 4. Photograph how the main board was plugged in, before removing it to verify re-installation & reconnection of the harnesses. 5. Unplug all the harnesses (some have a clip that may have to be gently pried loose. 6. Install the new Control Board and reconnect the harnesses per the photo. 8. Assemble the Touchpad and Control Panel to the oven 7. Secure the oven to the cabinet. 8. Turn the power on, setup info may display, turn the power back off, waited a few min., turned it back on, should be good to go.
1 Answer Ted, Yes, the way that you describe removing and replacing the control board is the way that it needs to be done. We are not showing a instruction sheet on the control board so it may just have different locations on the board for the wiring. Read More...
