Jed for Model Number scb1001kss01 I am working on the flickering display issue with my GE Microwave/Oven (scb1001kss01). I tested and replaced the transformer power WB17X1002. The replacement transformer also did not test to the suggested Ohms that I have seen in your posts: "With the power supply to the appliance turned off, the white wire and black wire tested together should measure 23.2 Ohms when tested with a meter. It should measure 1.5 Ohms from the yellow wire to the black wire, 5.2 Ohms from black wire to white wire, and 1.1 Ohms from the red wire to the brown wire." So I went ahead and replaced the Power Board WB27X10861. The screen is much better but still flickers sometimes and the cooking timer does not keep accurate countdown time when it flickers. There is a noticeable difference in behavior with the new Power board, but it is still not right.
Answer Jed, based on the information provided, the failure is in the main control WB27X10858 as it is still flickering and the countdown is not maintaining a correct measure. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Sunday, March 20, 2022
