Kevin for Model Number GE Washer GTWN3000M1WS My washer has a scraping noise which appears to be from the drive pulley hitting a metalic bracket on the bottom of the washer. My assumption is the suspension rods need to be replaced. I have a few questions: How many rods do I need to replace - the diagrams show 2 (left and right), but are there two in the rear of the washer? The diagrams in the manual also has two part numbers - part 414 & 415. What is the difference between the two parts? Do I need rod and spring assemble (part 414) or a suspension rod and spring assembly (part 415)? Thanks,
Answer Hello Kevin. This is not the suspension rods. You will need to order and replace the apron conversion kit WH49X20925 on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, December 14, 2015
